The city has a lot of older homes, and a lot of those homes sit on clay soil that moves with every wet and dry cycle. We have seen what happens when concrete gets poured without accounting for that - cracked slabs, heaved driveways, patios that look fine in April and fall apart by October. We started this business because we knew the work could be done better, and we have been proving that ever since.
